Charity concert raises 25,500 euros for the Children’s Cancer Aid Parents’ Initiative

For several years now, the Salzl family from the Salzl Seewinkelhof winery in Illmitz has been organizing a benefit concert in aid of the parents’ initiative for children’s cancer support.

This year it was on July 13th and not only the weather played all the pieces on this special evening – the four bands – 12 Bars, Akku-Machine, Black Stars and Hocky & Friends gave everything and provided the best atmosphere until late into the night.

The Salzl family was able to raise an incredible € 25,500, which they were delighted to pass on to the recipients.

“It was another very successful event and we are very happy to be able to support the Children’s Cancer Aid Parents’ Initiative with such an incredible sum again this year!” says Christoph Salzl. “We would like to thank all the contributors, the many helpers, all the sponsors, the great musicians and of course the visitors from the bottom of our hearts and are already looking forward to next year!”
