TASTING NOTES

Strong, radiant ruby garnet, opaque core and delicate violet rim brightening.
Ripe bouquet, nuances of dried plums, delicately balsamic dark berry fruit, black cherry confit, fine steppe spice, chocolatey touch, juniper, fresh salty minerality, cedar, hint of coconut, tobacco notes.
Opulent on the palate, intoxicating extract sweetness, malty, juicy, dark berries, taut tannins, mineral and clinging, fascinating, multi-layered bouquet, dense, elegant, ripe heart cherry, nougat, balanced, delicate spice and roasted notes on the finish, blackberries in the aftertaste.
A great and wonderfully typical Cabernet Franc with a long life and early charm at the same time!
