TASTING NOTES
Intense straw yellow with delicate green reflections. Wonderful ripe fruit notes on the nose of lychee, passion fruit, dried stone fruit, versatile herbal spice of hay flowers and nettles with pleasant flintstone minerality. Fascinating finesse on the palate with a lot of power and elegance, again ripe stone fruit, passion fruit, a little ringlet, peach, delicately floral, juicy and spicy, compact, pleasant wood spice, dense elegance with a lot of persistence, juicy complex structure and a fine salty touch on the finish.
