TASTING NOTES

Deep dark, opaque core, delicate rim brightening.
Intense fruit nose, black cherry fruit, cassis, blueberries, chocolate and cocoa, herbal spice, fine orange zest, rum-coconut, delicate roasted aromas.
Wonderful berry fruit concentration on the palate, balanced texture, full-bodied, round and juicy, plum and herbal spice, supple tannins, espresso and vanilla, juicy ripe wild cherry, blackcurrant, mineral, some nougat and precious wood spice in the finish, delicate extract-sweet notes.
It has many resources and can be used in a variety of ways – whether solo or as an accompaniment to food – always the right choice!
