TASTING NOTES

Dark, almost black ruby garnet, delicate violet reflections; pleasantly spicy and fruity on the nose, red currant herb, slightly roasted red bell pepper, rum pot, black tea, olives, some peppermint, dark chocolate, berry confit, slight hints of smoked bacon, some vanilla and licorice; On the palate, the dark, ripe fruit spreads wonderfully, behind it fresh herbal spice, salty minerality, some flint and juicy tannins, cassis, blackberries, blueberries, black pepper, plums, dried fruit, chocolate, slightly vegetal, eucalyptus, wonderfully integrated roasted aromas, lots of melting, dense, powerful and yet elegant and soft with an eternally long finish. A very great wine, animating to drink with a lot of potential!
